Te dicen que estés 20 minutos antes, pero la realidad es que hasta las 7:45h no empiezas a hacer el check - in, hacía mal tiempo y nos cancelaron el helicóptero, no dieron opción alternativa.

The most amazing experience! All the staff was lovely and prepared for everything, the day was perfectly planned and we had the time of our lives. Don’t miss out on it if you are wanting to snorkel or dive and get on a helicopter to be mindblown by the Great Barrier Reef and have the best day ever eating and enjoying the boat. You will feel safe, taken care of and so comfortable.

Everything really well organized, from the beginning to the end. The staff was friendly and informal, but still very focused on what was important at any time, especially safety. The boat is perfect for this type of event, with plenty of space for everyone, and also very easy entry and exit from the water. They offer a decent food and catering througout the day, althouhg the breakfast is basic (muffins), so if you want a good breakfast, make sure you eat before you arrive.

La visita a la gran Barrera de coral en Cairns fue increíble. La tripulación del ferri estuvo súper atenta en todo momento y la comida estaba muy rica. Durante las paradas en los arrecifes de coral había mucho tiempo para poder disfrutar haciendo snorkel (o buceo) y la verdad que es espectacular!! The visit to the Great Barrier Reef in Cairns was incredible. The ferry crew was super attentive at all times and the food was very delicious. During the stops at the coral reefs there was plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling (or diving) and it is truly spectacular!! Excelente. Equipe super simpatica, organizados e prestativos. Foi um passeio maravilhoso. Mergulhar com snorkel, ver os corais de perto e depois sobrevoar e ver tudo do alto. Recomendo muito. Foi um voo super tranquilo onde o pilto nos informava o que estavamos vendo. No barco também foi tudo sossegado. Perfeito. Un día genial, la embarcación es grande y aunque vas con mucha gente no tienes agobio. Las dos zonas de buceo (hicimos snorkel) perfectas, las explicaciones y el servicio genial, todo muy organizado y la tripulación dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Não foi feito o passeio. Nos comunicaram a noite anterior ao evento. O evento ia se realizar em Cairns Austrália, quando me encontrava em Sydney solicitei confirmação e me disseram que tudo estava ok. Viajei do Brasil para Sydney Austrália e de Sydney para Cairns e não realizei o evento. Solicitei remarcar próximo dia e também não consegui. Pediram para ficar até domingo. Não tenho esta alternativa. Solicito reembolso do que foi pago.
