This tour was extremely disappointing and felt more like a tourist trap than a genuine cultural experience. The itinerary offers little real insight into the local culture, history, or daily life. Instead, the focus seems to be on taking visitors to places where additional products and services can be sold. Es una buena actividad, no hacerla el lunes que esta todo cerrado. No me gusto que muchas paradas eran con compra, incluida.

El vehículo utilizado no cumple estándares de seguridad ni es apto para turismo. Asienros incómodos, sin cinturón de seguridad, sin ventanas que permitan apreciar los lugares. Ofrecen guía, pero en cada lugar hay guías improvisados y carentes de conocimientos. No hubo visita a las momias. Muchas trampas para turistas por visitar durante el recorrido.

We truly love the majority of this tour with the exception that apparently they have different people with different packages on the same tour. This would not be an issue if we didn’t have added stops where some items were not included which forced you to either join or wait till everyone was done. What we did see and the knowledge of the guide was amazing.

El recorrido estuvo bien a secas, pero mal organizado, tuvimos una hora muerta después de la actividad de la mina de la valenciana por que la unidad se fue a recoger a otros grupos de turistas, después en el museo de las momias nos indicaron que nos veíamos a las 4 pm en el punto donde nos recogerían y llegaron 4:45, lo que provocó que perdiera una actividad planeada por la tarde.

The tour was okay, but poorly organized. We had an hour to kill after the activity at the Valenciana mine because the unit went to pick up other groups of tourists. Es puntual, nos recoge a las 10:30 en el hotel y terminamos el tour a las 15:00. No me contactó nada el día anterior por WhatsApp o correo hasta que le escribiera mensajes por Civitatis . el Fuimos a 1 plaza, 1 iglesia, 4 museos ( el acceso de Casa Lamento 70pesos no está incluido, 4 tiendas. Los guias de todos museo nos pidieron propina, no lo entiendo, si el museo cobra dinero, el tour lleva gente allá, porque dicen que el guía no tiene salario? He dejado propina, sin nada gusto.

Se nos llevó a un museo que no estaba en la descripción del tour y tuvimos que pagar lo de 3 adultos porque era un extra, según lo que nos dijo el guía. Todo super, sólo el detalle que en el museo de las momias me mandaron a mí a hacer fila y pagar mis boletos por que había mucha fila, cuando se supone que el paquete ya incluye el todo pagado y debieron de haber previsto eso, ya que se perdió mucho tiempo en la fila y prácticamente de los 40min que teníamos para ver el museo, nos quedaron 15min, el demás tiempo se fue en la fila de ahí en fuera todo super padre. Nada recomendable. Debimos llamar para que nos recogieran, aún cuando el que lo hacía ya se había llevado pasajeros de nuestro mismo hotel. Empezamos tarde. En el tour, lo que buscan los guías es que compres cosas. En todos lados te piden propina. Todo muuuuuuy lento, debimos tomarnos un Uber para volver a nuestro hotel pues debíamos irnos a la terminal de autobús. El recorrido, lento y lleno de ventas, demoró alrededor de seis horas. No contraten este servicio en Guanajuato.

Not recommended at all. We had to call for a pickup, even though the driver had already taken passengers from our hotel. We started late. On the tour, the guides' main goal is to get you to buy things. They ask for tips everywhere. Everything was incredibly slow; we had to take an Uber back to our hotel because we needed to get to the bus terminal. The tour, slow and full of vendors, took about six hours. Don't hire this service in Guanajuato.
