¡Actividad perfecta! Grupo pequeño (7 personas). El guía Jose Antonio maravilloso, facilitando muchas explicaciones de todo (inclusive haciéndonos fotos) y el conductor Ángel también fantástico. Nos facilitaron un pequeño desayuno y agua fría durante todo el día. La excursión, en nuestro caso fue Chichen Izta primero (hasta las 11 aproximadamente con tiempo libre después de toda la explicación) luego Ek Kalam (hasta las 3 apox) y luego tiempo para comer y baño en el cenote. Perfect activity! Small group (7 people). Our guide, Jose Antonio, was wonderful, providing lots of explanations (even taking photos for us), and our driver, Angel, was also fantastic. They provided a light breakfast and cold water throughout the day. Our excursion included Chichen Itza first (until about 11 am, with free time after the explanation), then Ek Kalam (until about 3 pm), and then time for lunch and a swim in the cenote. OJO, no pasan a recogerte al lobby del hotel Blue Bay. Tienes que caminar 15 minutos hasta la entrada de la autopista. Esto deberían advertirlo en el momento de contratar la actividad. Por eso no lo califico de excelente, porque lo demás muy bien. Los Guías Jesús y Toño excelentes. Enseguida nos quitaron el mar sabor de boca de la forzada caminata.

NOTE: They don't pick you up at the Blue Bay Hotel lobby. You have to walk 15 minutes to the highway entrance. They should warn you about this when you book the activity. That's why I'm not giving it an excellent rating, because everything else was very good. The guides, Jesús and Toño, were excellent. They quickly made us forget the unpleasant aftertaste of the strenuous walk.

Nos cancelaron la actividad un día antes de la fecha prevista porque no llegaban al mínimo de personas. Entendemos la razón pero nos parece mal que avisaran con tan poco tiempo. Muy completa! Nos encantó. Te pegas un madrugón pero merece la pena. Visitamos a primera hora Chichen Itzá, no había mucha gente a esas horas. Después vimos un cenote, precioso, tampoco había mucha gente así que se estaba fenomenal. Tras llenar la panza en el mismo cenote (las bebidas de la comida no están incluidas) fuimos a Ek Balam, increíble. Gabriel y Jonas, nos hicieron pasar un día perfecto!!! El tour fue increíble. Todo genial con nuestra guía Beatriz. Además éramos un grupo muy reducido, por lo que vimos todo muy a gusto. El cenote elegido es simplemente espectacular. La única pega, que no nos recogieron ni nos dejaron en el lobby del hotel sino en el acceso exterior, mientras que a otros turistas sí...
