El crucero es una actividad imprescindible si visitas Oporto. El paseo por el río es precioso, y está muy bien organizado. Sólo un apunte (para la gente que no lee la información que recibe, y luego critican por desconocimiento): el BONO de CIVITATIS hay que llevarlo IMPRESO (en el resto de Freetours no hace falta pero aquí SI) y presentarlo PREVIAMENTE en la carpa que hay en el muelle donde te lo canjean por TICKETS para poder acceder al barco. Una experiencia recomendable. Tuvimos mucha suerte con el tiempo, ya que hacía un día espectacular (hicimos la excursión a las 6:30 y ya estaba empezando el sol a bajar, por lo que la luz era preciosa). Buena atención en tierra, nos atendió muy amablemente y bien, y hasta allí toda la relación con el personal. Subimos al barco, nos sentamos, intuímos las explicaciones que se emitían por los pequeños altavoces del barco y al terminar los 50 minutos de travesía bajamos del mismo. Las explicaciones cuestan mucho de seguir por el ruido del propio barco, en la salida y la llegada el ruido hace imposible escuchar nada. Una vez subes al barco y este zarpa la tripulación desaparece.

La actividad en si esta bien, asi como la infraestructura del barco. La gestión a la llegada para embarcar es mejorable. En la puerta se forma una cola y ningun empleado viene a avisar de nada. Luego te dicen que un puesto donde pone todo tipo de nombres publicitarios y apenas se ve lo de Tomaz Douro, es la taquilla y tienes que ir ahi antes a validar el ticket…

Lo bueno: Íbamos con una persona mayor que no se puede desplazar rápidamente y nos cambiaron la hora sin problemas. Lo malo: Hay muchos cruceros a la misma hora. El muelle es largo. Todo estuvo muy bien genial. Solo puntualizar, que en la reserva del crucero, en ningún lugar ponía validar las reserva en el mostrador, y después de esperar en la cola más de 20 minutos perdí mi lugar en la cola para tomar el asiento en el barco por tener que validar la reserva. Esas cosas deben de cuidarse, ya que entré el último y cogí los asientos laterales que quedaban, habiendo llegado al lugar de encuentro con 30 minutos de antelación.

El crucero de los 6 puentes es recomendable, pero no te avisan de que debes llegar pronto para poder sentarte fuera del barco, ni de que si haces dos reservas puede que te toque viajar con compañías distintas en distintos barcos y no viajareis juntos

Lo que más nos gustó fue que las olas hacían que nos salpicara agua pero la verdad no repetiríamos aunque ver los puentes es algo para hacer al menos una vez. La charla donde explican cada puente es de muy poco volumen entonces no se escuchaba nada. Me parecería más interesante si hubiera alguien explicando curiosidades o historia como en el free tour.

Crucero con explicaciones grabadas. Cuatro idiomas. Español el último. Portugués llegando al monumento, inglés a la altura del monumento, francés pasado el monumento, español... ya se lo pueden imaginar. En el último tercio se estropeó la megafonía (o directamente le bajaron el volumen, se oía de fondo) y se acabó el problema. Ultimo crucero del día, prisa por terminar. Sin ser malo, mejorable.

La actividad en si es muy bonita. La actividad pone en castellano, pero es una grabación en varios idiomas. La locución de mala calidad, y encima, como vamos varias nacionalidades mezcladas, mucho ruido, así que no me enteré de nada, solo pude ver. La duración, estás más tiempo soltando amarras, y atando amarres, que en el paseo en si, empezaba a las 19:00, navegando a las 19:15, y para las 19:45 estábamos en amarre.

The activity itself is very nice. The description is in Spanish, but it's a recording in several languages. The voiceover is poor quality, and on top of that, since we were a group of different nationalities, there was a lot of background noise, so I couldn't understand anything; I could only watch. As for the duration, you spend more time casting off and tying off the mooring lines than actually sailing.
